Last thursday I had a penkkarit. Its this yearly tradition among Finnish Upper Secondary school.The event is celebrated in the spring of their final year as the final day of school, before the start of the matriculation exams.

So last thursday I woke up 6 A.M to do my hair and my make-up.( way too early) Like I told you earlier me and one other Erika organized this whole event. So we had to be in the school 2 hours before our show started. During this wonderful day all the school-leaving students dress as for a masquerade. I was an indian! Also during this day we seniors throw candy at the junior students. After the abishow ( seniorshow) we school-leavers drove away from the school on lorries decorated for the purpose. Then we drove with the lorry around the city ( for one hour). During this drive we throw candy at passers-by and sang songs and so on. It was lot of fun.
After the wonderful celebrations at school we left to Helsinki centrum where the boat to our abiristeily left ( boat cruising dedicated to seniors). It was a lot of fun.We partied,ate and enjoyed of ourselves. Now I just have to suffer from horrible hangover. My feet are hurt from all the dancing, I have no voice left from all the screaming in the trailer lorry and yeah I am sure you know the feeling what you get when u have drinken way too much :D
